International Nannies & Homecare Ltd. is a Canadian recruitment and placement agency assisting families with finding Au Pairs, nannies, caregivers, and other household support personnel.
We provide recruitment, candidate screening, introductions, placement coordination, and related support services.

3. Candidate Information and Placements
We make reasonable efforts to screen applicants and verify information provided during the recruitment process. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information supplied by applicants or third parties.
Employers are responsible for conducting their own interviews, assessing each applicant’s suitability, qualifications, experience, and references, and making the final hiring decision.
International Nannies DOES NOT guarantee the character, conduct, performance, or continued availability of any applicant.

Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and provincial employment laws, including minimum wage, working hours, statutory deductions, workplace safety, and other employment obligations.
All applicants must have the appropriate legal authorization to work in Canada before commencing employment.
International Nannies is not the employer of individuals placed with Canadian families.
5. Placement Agreements and Fees
Specific placement services, agency fees, payment schedules, and replacement provisions are governed by the applicable written agreement between International Nannies and the client. All our fees are 100% non-refundable.
In the event of any inconsistency between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed placement agreement, the signed agreement will prevail regarding the placement services.
6. Limitation of Responsibility
International Nannies acts as an intermediary between applicants and prospective employers.
We are not responsible for employment disputes, personal disagreements, misconduct, or other issues arising directly between Host Families and their employees.
While we strive to provide professional recruitment and placement services, we cannot guarantee that every placement will meet the expectations of both parties.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
