“I really love working with children which I first noticed after babysitting for my neighbours. The internship at my local kindergarten further made me realize that the way they find happiness and beauty in every small detail and see the world with completely different eyes than adults is absolutely beautiful to me. This being said, I am also highly interested in travelling and getting to know different cultures and people. I do already know the concept of living with a host family and find that it’s the most authentic way of getting to know a country. Lastly, spending a year abroad offers a lot of room for personal development, and I’m very much looking forward to this challenge.”
