Manuela worked as
a live-in nanny in Ontario and Quebec before re-locating to Vancouver, BC
in 1988. During her time as a nanny, Manuela
encountered first hand how some nanny agencies conduct their business—poor
customer service. This, coupled with
hearing about friends and families experiences, encouraged Manuela to start a
personable, highly professional nanny agency, with a focus on providing excellent
service to both nannies & families.
Her vision became
reality in 1996 when International Nannies & Homecare was created. The
company’s excellent reputation is built on honesty and integrity. Manuela
and her Canada wide placement
coordinators have earned the trust of thousands of families across Canada over the
years.
Most recently, Manuela
has two young children and a live-in nanny herself; therefore, she knows that hiring
a nanny is one of the most important decisions a family will ever make.
