I just wanted to send a note to express our thanks for all of your hard work and guidance throughout the long and sometimes frustrating process of hiring our foreign live in caregiver. I can now say with full confidence that it was worth it!
It's has been almost a month now and we could not be more thrilled with how things have turned out with Rizle. She is doing a great job, the kids adore her and she has taken an immense amount of stress out of our lives. We hope that she will be with us for a long time.
Eric and I both appreciated your efforts in keeping the process moving and in answering all of our questions.

Hello,
Nerissa arrived Saturday night into Sudbury. Nancy and I picked her up and stayed near by. We got home yesterday afternoon.
The kids really like her so we are quite happy.
Thank you again.
We found your agency and you, to be very helpful and accommodating.
I will highly recommend you to people when I discuss the Nanny and our experiences.
Your professionalism was very much appreciated and respected.
Thank you and although I would use you in the future I hope I don't have to and that Nerissa likes our family and stays for sometime to come!

Arlene arrived yesterday, and I keep telling her to relax and rest as she had a lengthy flight (26 hours), however she is very eager to work. My children have already taken to her, and it's a pretty happy place in my home right now. Thanks for everything.
