| Hi there! How are you? This is Eliza here in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I'm fine here, the family I'm working with are nice to me. I'm looking after a 2 -year old beautiful girl oh she's 3 this month and my employer will due this month, too.
My employer assisted me in opening a bank account and applying my SIN. I met some Filipino nannies here.
I'd like to say thank you for the bag and the letter you send to me.
I tried to call my agent but we haven't talk yet maybe some other time. I'll try to call her again.

I wanted to thank you so much for all your help during the last few weeks with the nanny search. Although we didn't proceed with any of the nannies, your constant contact with potential nannies that would suite our family was very much appreciated. I also valued your opinions when it came to deciding on the nanny that was already in Canada.
Please let me know if you have a supervisor or someone I could pass on my thanks and comments regarding your superior professionalism and help with such an important decision. As I mentioned, I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know looking for a nanny as well as a general comment to the other parents in my multiples group.
Again, I am very hopeful this time around our nanny situation works out, but if ever need to go through the process again, will certainly look for your amazing guidance and support.
